On Unintelligence, Glitch and feminist Futures
In my thesis, I explore the theme of On Unintelligence, Glitch and Feminist Futures. I trained an AI model using a self- selected dataset consisting of literature, academic papers, and articles on tech-positive, queer, and feminist perspectives. The model then wrote an essay on the same topic, based on what it learned from the dataset. Finally, I critically reviewed the essay and described my methodology.
In my work, I emphasize the importance of queerfeminist perspectives and direct or indirect participation in shaping future technology, as the design of these technologies determines our future lives.
Songs of Cyborgeoisie
It is an interactive live show, narrative music album, a computer gaming experience set in futuristic landscapes and a deck of tarot cards. This live experience is a philosophical speculation and visually striking journey through the Cyborgeoisie, populated by technological, organic, and fantastic beings – embodied visions of the future and fractured science fiction characters, narrated with the music from the album. On this journey, the characters tell of the sorrows and traumas inflicted on them by humans, inviting the audience to co-empathize, in a hope to heal human imagination about the future from the pervading techno-dystopian narratives.
As my diploma I have presented one live show scene, where I animate the Queer Feminist AI character with the motion capture suit and sing live.
